It is the 1960s, there is a lot of interesting things that have happened in this decade. One of which the Beatles formed and released this iconic album. I know of the Beatles and some of thier more well known songs but this album is definitely worth a listen to
Favorite song: Oh darling
The lyrics and the simplistic melody make this track something special. It is light hearted and cute as the lyrics tell a story of admiration towards a young woman and a young man.
Overall rating: 8/10
The album has some good mainstream hits but also a nice variety of songs. Like octopus garden is a goofy song but then you have a song like come together which is just that Coming together. I would definitely listen to this album again and maybe some of thier others as well.
