Break on through to listen to this album

Artist: The Doors
Album: The doors
Genre: Rock, Psychedelic rock, Blues rock, Hard rock, Rock and roll, Psychedelic music, Rhythm and blues,  Progressive rock, Art rock, acid rock, Noise rock, Raga rock
Relased: January 4th, 1967

First impressions: Pretty decent for a debut album, it is easy on the ears and nothing crazy heavy. Lyrics are pretty good too with nice story to each song.
Favorite song: Alabama song (Whisky bar)
It is different from the rest of the album and it reminds me of "Yellow Submarine" by the Beatles. The interesting lyrics tell a story of someone walking/driving through Alabama looking for something and "almost dying." I feel as if this song would be sung at a bar on karaoke night but the bar is like dead empty.
Overall score: 8/10
A very fun album to listen to and it had some hidden gems
